Who we are

This website is run by The Gap Fillers, a brand studio at Infopark Koratty, Kerala, India. Questions about your information go to hello@thegapfillers.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or book a call: your name, organisation, email, phone number if you give it, your message and, for a call, the time you chose.

When you subscribe: your email address.

Your cookie choice, stored in your browser so we don’t ask again. If you allow it, page-speed measurements that contain nothing that identifies you.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange a call or send the notes you asked for. We don’t sell or rent personal information and we don’t use it for advertising.

Services that help run the site

The website is hosted by Azure, messages from its forms are delivered by Microsoft 365, an email service, and the site’s content is stored by Sanity, which also keeps a copy of your enquiry once that record is switched on. They handle this information only to provide those services.

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@thegapfillers.com. To reset your cookie choice, clear this site’s data in your browser.
